谷蠹对不同食物油、不同浓度的信息素(DL—1和DL—2),以及两者的不同组合物的反应,在生物测试盘和塑料探管诱捕器中进行了试验。最有诱虫性的食物是麦芽果(人工合成)和冷榨未精炼的黄豆油。其它未精炼的燕麦油、花生油、红花油、南瓜子油、麦芽油、玉米油、米糠油和芥籽油也有诱虫性。香草醛提纯物能引起谷蠹聚积。信息素的两种成份(DL—1和DL—2)对谷蠹均有诱虫性,但高浓度降低其诱性,两种成份适宜浓度的组合(DL—1,1毫克,DL—2,0.1毫克)能改善诱虫效果。信息素(DL—1,1毫克,DL—2,0.1毫克)与黄豆油结合诱虫性优于信息素或黄豆油。装有麦芽果或黄豆油或信息素的探管诱捕器优于未装诱饵的诱捕器。信息素与麦芽果结合,或麦芽果与黄豆油结合,对谷蠹的诱虫性优于单用信息素、黄豆油和麦芽果。
Responses of Rhizoma podophylla to different food oils, different concentrations of pheromones (DL-1 and DL-2), and different compositions of both, were tested in bio-test disks and plastic pipe traps. The most enticing food is malt extract (synthetic) and cold pressed unrefined soybean oil. Other unrefined oat, peanut, safflower, pumpkin, malt, corn, rice bran, and mustard are also attractant. Vanillin can cause glutathione accumulation. Both components of the pheromone (DL-1 and DL-2) were allotetogenic to Trichomes pachyrhizi, but their inductivity was reduced at high concentrations, with a combination of two ingredients appropriate concentrations (DL-1,1 mg, DL-2 , 0.1 mg) can improve the trapping effect. Pheromone (DL-1, 1 mg, DL-2, 0.1 mg) binds to soybean oil better than pheromone or soybean oil. Probe traps equipped with malt or soybean oil or pheromones are preferred to bait-free traps. The combination of pheromone and malt extract, or the combination of malt extract and soybean oil, is superior to monocotyledon, soybean oil and malt fruit to Trichosanthes.
