我院用硫酸镁治疗缺血性脑血管疾病24例,疗效比较满意,现报告如下: 一般资料全部病例选自我院1988年以来的住院病人,并符合第二届全国脑血管病学术会议第三次修订的诊断标准。共46例,男29例,女17例。随机分为治疗组24例,对照组22例。年龄35～84岁。从发病至开始治疗时间为3～72小时。按神经功能缺损程度计分
