目前中国城市对地下空间的开发尚处于初级水平,随着城市经济的快速增长和城市化的不断加快,城市地下空间的大规模开发已成为必然趋势。本文以国内外城市地下空间开发利用的研究成果为基础,以不同层次地下空间规划的实践经验为依托,对适应我国城市特殊情况的地下空间规划的研究方法和编制内容进行了总结。针对目前我国城市地下空间开发利用的迫切问题以及尚无定论的地下空间规划的技术要点提出一些探索性的意见和构思。
At present, the development of underground space in Chinese cities is still at a preliminary level. With the rapid growth of urban economy and the accelerating urbanization, the large-scale development of urban underground space has become an inevitable trend. Based on the research results of urban underground space development at home and abroad, and based on the practical experience of underground space planning at different levels, this paper summarizes the research methods and compilation contents of underground space planning which adapt to the special situation of urban areas in China. In view of the urgent problems of the development and utilization of urban underground space in our country and the technical points of undetermined underground space planning, we put forward some exploratory ideas and ideas.
