(8月中旬至9月中旬)8月中旬至9月中旬,玉米和棉花进入成熟期和采收期,应做好作物的肥水管理、病虫害防治及适时采收等工作,确保丰产丰收。此外,该时期易出现雹灾天气,造成棉田减产。本期“农事指南”介绍玉米、棉花的栽培技术,以及棉花雹灾后的生育特点及补救管理措施。
(From mid-August to mid-September) From mid-August to mid-September, corn and cotton enter the maturity and harvest period. Fertilizer and water management, pest and disease control and timely harvesting should be done to ensure high yield and good harvest. In addition, hailstorm was easily occurred during this period, which led to a decrease in cotton production. Current issue of “Agricultural Guide” introduces corn, cotton cultivation techniques, and the characteristics of reproduction and management measures after the hail of cotton.
