目的比较高速涡轮钻干磨和湿磨法在拔除下颌阻生智齿的术后反应和干槽症的发生率。方法运用自体对照法,选择双侧下颌阻生智齿为Ⅱ类高、中位阻生的患者350例,随机选择一侧为高速涡轮钻干磨法去除牙冠阻力,另一侧为高速涡轮钻湿磨法去除牙冠阻力,统计两组患者拔牙术后反应情况及术后干槽症的发生率。结果两种去冠拔牙法的术后反应情况及干槽症发生率均无显著性差异。结论运用高速涡轮钻干磨法拔除下颌阻生智齿,手术安全且对设备的要求较低,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To compare the postoperative response and the incidence of dry socket in high-speed turbine drill-dry and wet-grinding in removing mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods Autologous control method was used to select 350 cases of bilateral maxillary impacted wisdom teeth with type Ⅱ high and moderate impaction. One side of high-speed turbo-drill dry-grinding method was used to remove the crown resistance and the other side was high-speed turbine drill Wet grinding method to remove the crown resistance, statistical analysis of the two groups of patients after extraction surgery and the incidence of postoperative dry socket. Results There were no significant differences in the postoperative response and the incidence of dry socket among the two kinds of crown extraction. Conclusion High-speed turbine drill dry grinding extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth, safe operation and low requirements on the equipment, it is worth promoting.
