马克思认为扩大再生产由外延扩大再生产为主逐渐转变为以内涵扩大再生产为主是扩大再生产的必然趋势。改革开放后,我国经历了三十多年以粗放型为主的快速发展时期,随着经济的发展,这种增长方式的弊端日益显现。当前我国经济增速放缓,资源消耗大,浪费严重,环境污染日益严重等倒逼经济增长方式转变。经济增长方式转变是一个复杂的过程,第一要转变政府、企业和个人的观念,充分认识到经济增长方式转变的重要性;第二要从不同行业和企业的实际出发;第三深化体制改革,形成有利于经济增长方式转变的宏观环境;最后经济增长方式转变是一个长期任务,要保持战略上的平常心态。
