该文针对南水北调中线工程总干渠安全运行及控制所关心的水力响应特征问题进行研究。利用南水北调中线电子渠道平台,对中线总干渠不同运行工况进行模拟计算,得到水位波动变化幅度、波动影响距离等水力响应参数的变化特征。结果表明:如无合适调控措施,参与操作的节制闸闸前后水位变化幅度大多超过0.15 m,波动影响距离在数百千米以上。对于同一节制闸,当闸门开度变化速率超过一定范围时,闸门附近水位变化速率趋近于一个定值。研究成果为南水北调中线总干渠控制运行提供了有益参考。
This paper studies the characteristics of hydraulic response that are of concern to the safe operation of the main canal of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and its control. Based on the middle channel of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, different operating conditions of the main canal in the midline are simulated and the variation characteristics of hydraulic response parameters such as the variation range of fluctuation of water level and the influence distance of fluctuation are obtained. The results show that without appropriate control measures, the water level before and after the operation of the control sluice varies mostly by more than 0.15 m, and the fluctuation influence distance is more than several hundred kilometers. For the same gate, when the rate of change of gate opening exceeds a certain range, the rate of change of water level near the gate approaches a fixed value. The research results provide a useful reference for the control and operation of the main canal of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
