目的:探讨热淋清颗粒对大鼠自身免疫性慢性前列腺炎的治疗作用。方法:对大鼠多点皮下注射前列腺蛋白提纯液和弗氏完全佐剂的混悬液,采用免疫方法制造大鼠自身免疫性慢性前列腺炎模型。大鼠分为正常组、模型组、热淋清高剂量组、热淋清低剂量组。30天后处死大鼠,取前列腺液、前列腺组织,检测前列腺液中白细胞数和卵磷脂小体密度,并对前列腺组织进行病理学观察。结果:热淋清高剂量组能减少自身免疫性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺液中白细胞数量及增加卵磷脂小体的密度,减轻或消除自身免疫反应所致的大鼠前列腺组织的病理学改变。结论:热淋清颗粒对大鼠自身免疫性慢性前列腺炎有治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of hot-linqing granules on autoimmune chronic prostatitis in rats. METHODS: A rat model of autoimmune chronic prostatitis was established by subcutaneous injection of prostate protein purified solution and Freund’s complete adjuvant suspension. Rats were divided into normal group, model group, high-dose hot-leaching group, and low-dose hot-leaching group. After 30 days, the rats were sacrificed and the prostatic fluid and prostate tissue were taken to examine the number of white blood cells and the density of lecithin bodies in the prostatic fluid. The pathological observation of the prostate tissue was performed. RESULTS: The high-dose hot-linqing group can reduce the number of white blood cells in the prostatic fluid of rats with autoimmune prostatitis and increase the density of lecithin bodies, and reduce or eliminate the pathological changes of rat prostate tissue caused by autoimmune reaction. Conclusion: Hot-linqing granules have a therapeutic effect on autoimmune chronic prostatitis in rats.
