履带车辆牵引元素中最基本的单元履带板是影响履带车辆牵引性能的最基本元素。主要是通过研究贝克提出来的间隔式履带模型-土壤相互作用模型进行三维建模,并通过合理的评估确定三维模型。经过初步预算建立间隔式履带板牵引数学模型。再通过考虑履带板参数、土壤参数、侧壁效应等对三维模型的影响获得间隔式履带-土壤模型最大牵引力模型。
The most basic unit crawler in traction elements of crawler vehicles is the most basic element that affects the traction performance of crawler vehicles. The main purpose of this study is to study the three-dimensional modeling of the interbedded crawler-soil interaction model proposed by Beck, and determine the three-dimensional model through reasonable assessment. Through the preliminary budget, a mathematic model of spacing track shoe traction was established. And then, the model of the maximum traction force of the interval track-soil model is obtained by considering the influence of the parameters of the shoe, the soil parameters and the sidewall effect on the three-dimensional model.
