一、立项背景城镇供热系统质量直接关系到安全、节能、卫生和环境保护等诸多方面,目前,我国城镇供热系统中设备安全隐患、系统泄漏、管网不平衡、锅炉房烟气排放污染环境以及采暖季室内温度不符合人体卫生要求等问题都亟待解决。对城镇供热系统评价相关技术内容进行研究,给出管理及性能指标,规范和指导城镇供热系统向安全、卫生、环保和节能等方面发展是当务之急。为
