目的:制定肝星颗粒剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对苦参、虎杖、龙胆、五味子，延胡索进行定性鉴别；用薄层扫描法对虎杖中的大黄素进行了含量测定。结果:本文方法简便，准确，含量测定平均回收率为97.6%，RSD为1.0%。结论:通过本文方法能有效地控制该药品的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standards for Hexing granules. Methods: TLC was used to qualitatively identify Sophora flavescens, Polygonum cuspidatum, Radix Gentianae, Schisandra chinensis and Corydalis yanhusuo. The content of emodin in Polygonum cuspidatum was determined by TLC scanning. RESULTS: The method was simple and accurate. The average recoveries were 97.6% and the RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion: This article can effectively control the quality of the drug.
