目的 探讨MICA基因外显子 2、3和 4的多态性与血清阴性脊柱关节病 (SpA)的发生是否存在关联。方法 采用地高辛标记的寡核苷酸探针杂交技术 (PCR SSOP) ,调查上海地区 199例B2 7(+)SpA患者MICA外显子 2、3和 4的多态性。结果 SpA病例组中MICA 0 0 7的频率比随机对照组显著升高 (RR =3 0 4 ,Pc=0 0 0 0 0 4 5 ) ;但比较B2 7(+)病例组与B2 7(+)正常对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 MICA 0 0 7等位基因与SpA的发生可能无直接的关联 ,MICA 0 0 7的频率在SpA病例组中显著升高可能由于和HLA B2 7基因存在连锁不平衡所致。
Objective To investigate whether there is a relationship between the polymorphisms of exon 2, 3 and 4 of MICA gene and the occurrence of seronegative spondyloarthropathies (SpA). Methods Digoxigenin labeled oligonucleotide probe hybridization (PCR SSOP) was used to investigate the polymorphisms of MICA exons 2, 3 and 4 in 199 patients with B2 7 (+) SpA in Shanghai. Results The frequency of MICA 0 0 7 in SpA cases was significantly higher than that of random controls (RR = 34 0, Pc = 0 0 0 0 0 4 5) There was no significant difference in normal control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion MICA 0 0 7 allele may not be directly related to the occurrence of SpA. The significant increase of MICA 0 0 7 frequency in SpA cases may be due to linkage disequilibrium with HLA B2 7 gene.
