由于掘进机盘形滚刀破碎岩石时的受力情况十分复杂。笔者针对滚刀受力情况进行研究,并以德鲁克-普拉格塑性准则和岩石断裂力学为基础,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立不同贯入度下滚刀与岩石相互作用的非线性动力学模型。模拟结果反映了切削过程中滚刀受到的接触应力、滚动力和垂直力随切削距离增长的剧烈振荡变化,反映了岩石阶跃破碎的特点,滚刀受力与贯入度呈近似线性关系。研究结果可为改善盘形滚刀的设计,延长其使用寿命提供一定的理论指导。
Due to the tunneling machine disc rock crushing force when the situation is very complicated. Based on the Drucker-Prager plasticity criterion and the rock fracture mechanics, the author makes use of the large general finite element analysis software ABAQUS to establish the interaction between hob and rock under different penetration degrees Nonlinear dynamic model. The simulation results reflect the sharp oscillation changes of the contact pressure, the rolling force and the vertical force with the increase of the cutting distance, which reflects the characteristics of the rock step-breaking. The relationship between the cutter force and the penetration is approximately linear. The results can provide some theoretical guidance for improving the design of disc cutter and extending the service life of disc cutter.
