超音速微粒轰击技术(SSPB)可以在金属材料表面施加强烈塑性变形,在材料表面制备纳米结构表层。利用正交设计的原则,对影响纳米化的几个主要参数进行优化设计,分析了各参数对轰击处理试样弧高的影响,得到了优化的工艺参数,并通过金相观察轰击处理试样的横截面,以及测试试样表面的粗糙度,分析了各参数对粗糙度的影响。
