过去10年来,人们一直在呼吁高考制度要进行深入改革,应从学生素质发展出发,建立高考多元录取标准,引导基础教育重视学生人格塑造和个性发展,鼓励学生多元发展;但由于一些论者的质疑与反对,从1977年恢复高考至今,基本上维持着以高考分数为唯一标准的集中录取制度,高考改革的步伐在这种质疑与议论中十分缓慢。之所以如此,是因为进行多元改革一直以来遇到两方面的阻力:一是来自社会的分数公平阻力;二是来自政府的配置效率阻力。要加快高考改革的步伐,就必须克服这两方面的阻力。
In the past 10 years, people have been calling for an in-depth reform of the college entrance examination system. From the perspective of the development of students’ quality, we must establish multiple admission standards for college entrance examinations, guide basic education to emphasize the shaping of students’ personality and personality development, and encourage students to diversify their development; however, due to doubts of some critics With opposition, since the resumption of the college entrance examination in 1977, it has basically maintained a centralized admission system with the college entrance examination score as the only criterion. The pace of college entrance examination reform has been slow in such doubts and arguments. The reason why this is so is because of the diversified reforms that have always met two obstacles: one is the score fairness resistance from society; the other is the allocation efficiency resistance from the government. To speed up the pace of college entrance examination reform, we must overcome these two aspects of resistance.
