用B_5培养基培养开花前油菜(Brassica napus)各期子房,发现各期子房均具高诱导率(98%以上).分化率也高,根为37.3%,芽为3.5%,由于外源激素浓度不同,子房出现多种形态.当2,4-D 为0.5毫克/升,BA 为0.2~0.5毫克/升时,子房壁特别膨大,当2,4-D为2毫克/升,BA 为0.2或1毫克/升时,子房一端形成愈伤组织,二者分化率不同,前者根的分化率高于后者,后者芽的分化率高于前者.又BA、NAA 混合使用较单独使用为好,其中以BA 为1~2毫克/升,NAA 为0.2毫克/升,根、芽分化率最高.
