我们在利用网络在反腐中发挥民众的监督作用的同时,还要防止冲击政府威信、保护公民个人权利不受侵犯,这是执政党加强反腐倡廉建设时必须做好的工作。但是,目前我国的法制建设还远远跟不上互联网发展的速度。这就需要我们在实践中不断加强探索,要在发挥网络监督在反腐败中的作用的同时,以改革创新的精神不断完善网络监督,要正确认识和处理好几个关系,包括知情权与隐私权、政务公开与党政机密、成本与效率、网络言论自由与网络管理等等。
While using the Internet to play a supervisory role in the fight against corruption, we must also prevent attacks on the prestige of the government and protect the individual rights of citizens from being infringed upon. This is a work that the ruling party must do to strengthen its anti-corruption campaign. However, at present, the legal construction in our country is far behind the speed of Internet development. We must correctly understand and handle several relations, including the right to information and privacy , Open government affairs and party and government secrets, cost and efficiency, freedom of speech and network management and so on.
