经过十余年发展,工作嵌入已成组织行为学中比较独立的理论,但国内研究者对工作嵌入的理论渊源、内容结构和测量模型等有待进一步的认识。文章据此从五个方面进行述评:(1)梳理了工作嵌入的三个理论渊源;(2)介绍工作嵌入内容结构的两个视角;(3)厘清了组合测量与整体测量的数理原理,指出已有测量工具的不足及缺陷;(4)述评工作嵌入的前因后效文献;(5)指出工作嵌入进一步研究的四个方向,即界定社区概念的内涵外延、探讨工作嵌入的前因因素、吸纳其他理论成果及对特定人群的研究。
After more than ten years’ development, work embedding has become a relatively independent theory in organizational behavior science. However, domestic researchers need to further understand the theoretical origin, content structure and measurement model of work embedding. The article reviews from five aspects: (1) combing the three theoretical sources of job embedding; (2) introducing two perspectives of job embedding in content structure; (3) clarifying the mathematical principles of combination measurement and overall measurement, Pointing out the shortcomings and defects of the existing measurement tools; (4) reviewing the antecedents and references of the embedded work in the work; (5) pointing out that the work embeds four directions of further research, namely defining the connotation and extension of the community concept; Factors, to absorb other theoretical achievements and research on specific groups of people.
