当前艺术培训越来越受到人们的重视,而校外短期艺术培训机构通过前期筹备、中期教学、后期展示的的运作模式在机构与学员之间来实现互利共赢的目的。本文重点分析这种“前-中-后”的运作模式的特点与内涵。
At present, art training is paid more and more attention by people. Short-term art training institutes have the purpose of realizing mutual benefit and win-win between institutions and trainees through preliminary preparation, medium-term teaching and post-show mode of operation. This article focuses on analyzing the characteristics and connotation of this “before-middle-back” mode of operation.
