用萃淋树脂CL-P204作为萃取色层的固定相研究了淋洗液HCl酸度(1.5~1.9N),流速(0.65~1.05ml/cm~2·min),负载量(占饱和吸附量的0.65%、1.3%与1.95%)与柱长径比L/φ(17、37)对相邻稀土元素铽与镝分离的影响。用log D对log[H~+]作图得一组直线,其斜率~3。说明萃淋树脂上的P204萃取稀土时一个稀土离子置换三个氢离子。饱和吸附量法测得树脂上的P204与稀土形成的络合物的克分子比是3:1。其反应式可能是:Ln_(+3)+1.5(H_2A_2)=LnA_3+3H~+。
