The author has repeatedly served as a judge who graduated from a college-hired teacher training college. During her recruitment, she found that almost all of the applied-for-normal-student students had different levels of stress during the interview. Moderate tension is the motivation to control the classroom, is conducive to the mobilization of the body’s energy and attention to focus: Moderate tension will also promote the body’s secretion of adrenaline, help to stimulate educational tactics and teaching inspiration, and even beyond the state . However, the tension to be said here refers to the “excessive tension”, the so-called “stage fright.”
