知识是企业的战略资源,知识管理已成为企业研究领域深入探讨的热点话题。项目知识管理是房地产企业创造知识、积累知识和推动企业成长的重要手段,本文尝试将知识管理理论应用到房地产虚拟企业中,提出虚拟企业的知识管理具有二维属性,并构建了知识管理流程框架,指出对基于房地产开发项目而组建的虚拟企业进行有效的知识管理,能保证项目有效运行,并能提高企业的核心竞争力。
Knowledge is the strategic resource of an enterprise. Knowledge management has become a hot topic in the field of enterprise research. Project knowledge management is an important means for real estate enterprises to create knowledge, accumulate knowledge and promote the growth of enterprises.
