我厂CO_2气体保护焊过去都采用氧气减压表对CO_2气体进行减压。最近采用温州电焊设备总厂生产的CL-30型CO_2气体减压流量计,使用证明,其效果比氧气减压表好。采用氧气减压表时,CO_2气体流量是靠压力控制。焊接起动及焊接过程中的压力是变化的,压力的变化造成气体流量的变化。为保证焊接质量,多采用较大的压力,以保证气体流量。由于没有流量计,流量往往是偏大的,造成CO_2气体的浪费。还由于CO_2气体温度较低,需加装预热器,造成氧气表冷热变化而经常损坏。
