上海市修订法规,完善政府指导监督机制,构建住房和城乡建设领域现场专业人员职业标准制度体系,有效提高了现场专业人员的职业能力水平。从2012年住房和城乡建设部印发《关于贯彻实施住房和城乡建设领域现场专业人员职业标准的意见》以来,上海市城乡建设和管理委员会积极探索实施职业标准的相关工作,研究细化工作要求,力求全面提高全市建设行业现场专业人员的职业能力水平。
