目的：比较预混型人胰岛素（诺和灵３０Ｒ）与传统的自行混和的猪胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法；以传统的自行混和的猪胰岛素治疗５６例糖尿病患者，待血糖控制较为满意后改用预混型人胰岛素治疗。结果：每日胰岛素总量减少约 ２６． ５％而血糖保持良好控制；副作用极少，且胰岛素笔给药方便、剂量准确。结论：预混型人胰岛素是胰岛素需要型患者较为理想的选择。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical efficacy of premixed human insulin (Novolin 30R) and traditional self-mixing porcine insulin in the treatment of diabetic patients. Methods: 56 cases of diabetic patients were treated with traditional pig insulin. When blood glucose control was satisfactory, they were treated with premixed human insulin. Results: Total daily insulin was reduced by about 26. 5% and blood glucose to maintain good control; minimal side effects, and easy to administer insulin pen, the dose is accurate. Conclusion: Pre-mixed type human insulin is an ideal choice for insulin-requiring patients.
