如何实现资源共享,图书馆与情报界已发表了许多文章,提出了很多好的建议,如:文献资源布局的科学规划问题;在我国建立统一协调制度问题;现代化技术应用的问题等等,最终归结到我国应建立资源共享自动化图书馆网络这一问题上来。笔者认为,我国在目前条件下,要做到这一点,还得需要一个过程。当前可借鉴国外经验采用编制C.C.的形式来协调期刊的采购,是一种既经济又实用的好办法。
How to achieve resource sharing, the library and the intelligence community have published many articles, made a lot of good suggestions, such as: the layout of the literature resources planning scientific problems; the establishment of a unified coordination system in our country; the application of modern technology issues, etc. Finally Attributed to our country should establish a resource-sharing automated library network on this issue. In my opinion, under the current conditions in our country, it still needs a process to do this. At present, it is an economical and practical way to draw on the experience of other countries and adopt the form of C.C. to coordinate the procurement of periodicals.
