目的基于国防生视角探讨选培办干部的素质特征。方法在文献分析、开放式问卷基础上编制问卷对374名国防生进行调查。结果①问卷由38个项目组成,包括军政素养、奉献精神等6个因素,解释总变异的54.723%;全问卷的Cronbachs’α系数为0.898;各因子间的相关在0.398~0.713之间,与总问卷的相关在0.593~0.718之间;②理科与文科国防生在奉献精神、沟通协调、工作态度上存在差异(t=2.237,5.846,3.371;P<0.01或P<0.05);国防生骨干与非骨干在军政素养、奉献精神、沟通协调、知识技能维度上存在差异(t=3.354,2.323,3.621,2.646;P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论国防生对选培办干部整体素质要求较高;文科国防生和非国防生骨干更看重选培办干部的奉献精神、沟通协调等素质。
Objective To explore the quality characteristics of selecting and training cadres based on the perspective of national defense students. Methods Based on the literature analysis and open questionnaires, 374 national defense students were investigated by questionnaire. Results ① The questionnaire consisted of 38 items, including military and political literacy and dedication, explaining 54.723% of the total variance. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the whole questionnaire was 0.898. The correlation between each factor was between 0.398 and 0.713. The correlation between the total questionnaires was between 0.593 and 0.718. (2) There was a difference in dedication, communication and coordination between workmen and students in science and liberal arts (t = 2.237,5.846,3.371; P <0.01 or P <0.05) There were differences in military and political literacy, dedication, communication and coordination, knowledge and skills between non-backbone and non-backbone (t = 3.354,2.323,3.621,2.646; P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The national defense students have higher requirements on the overall quality of selected cadres. The backbone of liberal arts students and non-defense backers is even more concerned with the qualities of dedication, communication and coordination in selecting and training cadres.
