隐原性致纤维化肺泡炎(CFA)临床上并不罕见,自1964年至今国内报道经病理证实者已近50例,但由于对本病认识不足、检查手段未能普及,故误诊、漏诊者甚多。1964年Scadding 将原因未明、预后不良、起源于肺泡壁的炎症并有明显肺间质纤维化倾向的病变统称为CFA.一、病因:CFA 的病因迄今未全了解,但与下述因素有关:(1)免疫学异常:目前学者趋向认为CFA 是一种自身免疫性疾病,患者常有免疫球蛋白
