雷米封又名界烟肼(下称雷),三十余年来仍为良好的抗结核菌一线药物之一。近年人们对它的作用及用途又有新拓宽,本文举隅概述于下。治疗急性菌痢目前用雷治疗菌痢,其机制尚不清楚,但用药敏试验证实,雷对宋内氏痢疾杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、鲍氏痢疾杆菌等有不同的抑制作用。实践证明,用雷治疗急性菌痢效果满意。成人服雷0.2克、维生素B_610毫克,3次/日,小儿剂量酌减,不用其他抗生素。疗程为症状消失、大便正常后延续用药3天。65例急性菌痢治愈63例,无效2例,治愈率达96.3%。作者认为用雷治疗急性菌痢有疗效高、价格低廉、副作用少等优点,值得推广应用。
