一、前言 18MnMoNb钢是我国自行研制的用于锅炉容器的钢种。为了充分发挥该钢种的综合性能,本文对18MnMoNb钢的相变点测定、不同热处理条件下的组织状态进行了研究。二、试验方法及试验结果 1.膨胀法试样取自轧态钢,试样尺寸为φ3.5x50mm,表面镀铬以防止氧化。用光学示差膨胀仪进行测试,升温速度为200℃/h,用切线法取值。测试结果示于图1。 2.金相法为了确切地定出各个临界温度,以找出贝茵体和岛状马氏体在那个温度区域出现,采用5×5×5mm试样,按表1所列的制度进
