上海市义务教育阶段中小学招生不得以测试等任何方式选拔学生,这是从2006年上海市义务教育阶段民办中小学校招生工作会议上传出的消息。上海市教委还明确指出,义务教育阶段学校不得举办学科类实验班,招收体育、艺术特长生的学校及招生方案须经区县教育行政部门审批。
The enrollment of primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage of Shanghai is not allowed to select students by any means such as testing. This is the message that was uploaded from the private schools’ primary and secondary school enrollment work conference in the compulsory education stage of Shanghai in 2006. The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission also explicitly pointed out that schools in compulsory education may not hold academic experimental classes, and schools and enrollment programs for recruiting sports and art specialties shall be subject to examination and approval by the administrative departments of district and county education.
