目的了解深圳市劳务工医疗保险定点社区健康服务机构的人力资源现况,分析存在的问题,为解决劳务工“看病难”提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷抽查的方法,收集67家社区健康服务机构基本资料,采用Epidata3.02建立数据库并录入数据,用Excel进行分析。结果社区健康服务中心平均有工作人员13.27人,其中中西医、护理、药剂、放射人员分别占40.46%、30.89%、6.85%、1.8%;高级职称占4.59%,中级占16.5%,初级占57.57%,无职称占21.32%;工作人员中具有中专、大专、本科、研究生学历者分别占57.27%、22.9%、8.28%、0.67%。建议调整定点社区健康服务机构人力资源结构,适度扩大人力规模,加强社区健康服务机构人力资源培训,完善社区健康服务机构人事配套政策。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources in designated health service agencies of medical workers in Shenzhen and to analyze the existing problems so as to provide basis for solving the problem of labor shortage in medical workers. Methods The self-administered questionnaires were used to collect the basic information of 67 community health service agencies. Epidata 3.02 was used to establish the database and input the data. Excel was used to analyze the data. Results There were an average of 13.27 staff members in the community health service center, among which 40.46%, 30.89%, 6.85% and 1.8% were Chinese and western medicine, nursing, pharmacy and radiology personnel, 4.59% were senior titles, 16.5% were middle and 57.57 were primary. %, No title accounted for 21.32%; staff with secondary school, college, undergraduate, graduate education accounted for 57.27%, 22.9%, 8.28%, 0.67%. It is suggested to adjust the human resources structure of designated community health service institutions, moderately increase the manpower scale, strengthen the human resources training of community health service agencies and improve the personnel supporting policies of community health service agencies.
