本文报道了湖南龙王江含砷金矿石的细菌预氧化─—氰化提金的渗滤柱浸的实验结果。在摇床实验基础上,模拟渗滤堆浸,进行了9kg矿石/柱的渗滤柱浸试验。考察了矿石粒度、渗滤方式及细菌活性对渗滤柱浸的影响。实验结果表明,细菌对该含砷金矿的氧化有一定选择性,当脱砷率为38.4%时氰化浸金率可达66.8%,脱砷率进一步提高对氰化浸金效果的影响不明显。
This paper reports the experimental results of bacterial pre-oxidation-cyanidation gold leaching column leaching of arsenic-bearing gold ore in Longwangjiang, Hunan Province. Based on the experiment of shaking table, simulated leachate heap leaching was carried out, and 9kg ore / column leachate column immersion test was carried out. The effects of ore size, percolation method and bacterial activity on leachate column impregnation were investigated. The results showed that the bacteria had a certain selectivity for the oxidation of the arsenic-bearing gold ore. When the removal rate of arsenic was 38.4%, the rate of cyanidation was 66.8%, and the rate of arsenic removal was further improved. Effect of the effect is not obvious.
