在总结国产100MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉设计制造与运行经验的基础上,研究开发了具有自主知识产权的国产210MW CFB锅炉。较详细地介绍了该炉型的特点及关键部件的设计情况,开发了紧凑式分流回灰换热器,并提出了复合炉型的设计思想和技术方案,即在炉内布置适量的层式过热器,其余部分受热面布置在分流回灰换热器内。该锅炉研制和投运后运行性能良好。文章还简要介绍了国产330MW CFB锅炉技术开发的进展。
On the basis of summarizing the design, manufacture and operation experience of domestic 100MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers, the domestic 210MW CFB boilers with independent intellectual property rights have been researched and developed. In this paper, the characteristics of the furnace and the design of the key components are introduced in detail. A compact shunt ash-to-ash heat exchanger is developed. The design idea and technical scheme of the composite furnace are put forward. That is, Superheater, the rest of the heating surface arranged in the shunt back to the gray heat exchanger. The boiler developed and put into operation after a good performance. The article also briefly introduced the domestic 330MW CFB boiler technology development.
