(4)质量管理和经营秩序的形成和完善。质量经营需要秩序,秩序是指有条理地、有程序地、有组织地合理地在组织的构成部分中安排必要的资源,以求得到正常的运转并期望得到期望的结果。秩序的特征除了合理性,有序性,一致性,条理性,规则性,连续性,还有其经济性。而这些都是企业保持可持续成长的关键因素。维持企业质量秩序最可靠的方法就是规范化,标准化。
