针对地下输水管道泄漏需长期监测的现状,提出了一种基于Lab VIEW的远程监测系统,该系统通过硬件搭建和软件仿真完成。首先由Zig Bee无线传感器网络采集系统的工作状态及环境参数,通过GPRS无线网络将数据传输到远程监测中心,利用Lab VIEW图形化编程软件实现数据的实时显示、分析及存储调用等功能。采用的监测方法为负压波监测,利用管道两端采集到的负压波时间差来进行精确定位。该系统运行稳定,操作简单,易于布线,可长期不间断监测,适合于目前管道监测的应用。
Aiming at the status quo of long-term underground pipeline leakage monitoring, a remote monitoring system based on LabVIEW is proposed. The system is completed by hardware and software simulation. Firstly, the working status and environment parameters of the system are collected by Zig Bee wireless sensor network, and the data is transmitted to the remote monitoring center through the GPRS wireless network. The real-time display, analysis and storage call of the data are realized by using the LabVIEW graphical programming software. The monitoring method adopted is negative pressure wave monitoring, which utilizes the time difference of the negative pressure wave collected at both ends of the pipeline for accurate positioning. The system is stable, easy to operate, easy to route, long-term uninterrupted monitoring, suitable for the current pipeline monitoring applications.
