患者女,31岁,2010年9月14日凌晨2:00开始腹泻,共2次,无呕吐。在当地诊所先后给予庆大霉素24万u、山莨菪碱10 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,ivd;西咪替丁0.6 g加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml,ivd,105滴/min。治疗结束后,患者感双下肢乏力、自脚底至双腿麻木,卧床休息1 h无缓解,反而症状加重,逐渐出现双上肢麻木,四肢极度乏力、软瘫不能行走,面部、舌体麻木僵直,不能言语,继而双手出现强直性弯曲、抽搐,送我院急诊。体检:BP 124/93
