以前我们保定造纸厂的水印辊机都是从日本等国进口的,这不仅要用大量外汇。而且出现使用故障后,无法排除,严重地影响了造纸工业的发展。 无产阶级文化大革命以来,在毛主席的无产阶级革命路线指引下,我厂广大革命职工在厂党委的正确领导下,遵照毛主席关于“独立自主,自力更生”的伟大教导。经过反复试验,终于试制成功了水印辊机,粉碎了帝修反对我们的封锁,基本满足了我国造纸工业的生产需要。
