读了由孙敏、吕建华合著的《衍续经济学》一书(黑龙江教育出版社出版),不禁引起了笔者的思索:在生产飞速发展、社会财富大量积累、人类物质文化生活极为丰富的今天,我们必须清醒的认识到,地球的资源包括矿藏、森林、水源等等都是有限的,决不能让我们的子孙后代在地球资源耗尽、生态环境恶劣的条件下生存。因此,我们不仅要研究当代经济,还必须研究衍续经济。正是从这个意义上说来,这是一门新兴的经济学科,具有重大的社会性和时代性。《衍续经济学》探索了该学科的研究对象和内容,确立了基本框架。具体说来,它探索的是如何开发、利用、保护和管理自然资源的客观规律,研究的是在经济活动中如何保持资源的良好态势和资源与需要的平衡,为经济和社会的持续发展提供持久的资源和适宜的环境。其研究的角度别开生面。—般的经济学科多从正面研究如何增加现实的物质财富,而该学科则着眼于经济的衍续(延长、展开、继续),揭示社会生产和经济活动中出现的那些浪费资源、破坏生态、造成污染、酿成灾害等负效应及其带来的各种危机。这些内容切中时弊,具有重要的现实意义和指导意义。
