溢油污染严重威胁海洋环境，建立常规化的卫星遥感监测系统并纳入信息高速公路计划是非常必要的。本文在考察了其它船舶溢油监测方法的基础上，提出了利用卫星遥感监测船舶溢油的可能性及在我国目前国力条件下利用卫星遥感方法实现常规监测的可行性，并探讨了在３Ｓ技术支持下建立常规化的船舶溢油卫星遥感监测系统的若干问题。
Oil pollution is a serious threat to the marine environment, establishing a regular satellite remote sensing monitoring system and incorporating information highway planning is very necessary. Based on the investigation of other ship oil spill monitoring methods, the paper proposes the possibility of using satellite remote sensing to monitor oil spills and the feasibility of routine monitoring using satellite remote sensing method under the current national conditions in our country.
