目前经济全球化已非常明显,而在这个过程中中国无疑是最大的受益者。在国际巨头的眼里,中国正在成为全世界的工厂,在信息产业尤其明显。据日本电子信息产业年会2003年的数据显示,主要的电子设备中,中国(含香港地区)占世界第一的电子产品品种将由2000年的3种增加到2003年的8种。但是非常遗憾的是,中国现在还仅仅只是一个信息产品的制造大国,却不是一个信息产业的技术强国。而这必将制约中国信息产业的进一步发展。
At present, economic globalization has become very clear. In this process, China is undoubtedly the biggest beneficiary. In the eyes of international giants, China is becoming a factory all over the world, especially in the information industry. According to the 2003 annual meeting of Japan’s Electronic Information Industry, the number of major electronics devices in the world, including China (including Hong Kong), will grow from 3 in 2000 to 8 in 2003. However, it is very regrettable that China is still only a large manufacturing country for information products, but it is not a technological powerhouse in the information industry. This will certainly restrain the further development of China’s information industry.
