针对采用数值模拟方法分析地下洞室开挖时对支护时机的模拟直接关系到计算结果的合理性问题,基于既有的支护时机确定思路,给出了在FLAC3D中对支护时机实现定量控制的方法。借助FLAC3D内嵌的FISH语言先获得开挖单元移除后的模型等效节点力,再根据选取的支护时机,将开挖荷载分为由围岩单独承载和由围岩与支护共同承载两部分。实例分析发现,不同支护时机下的洞室围岩稳定特征差别明显,表明在FLAC3D中采用上述方法能较好地实现对支护时机的定量控制。并运用既有的支护时机确定方法,对某工程的围岩整体稳定进行了计算分析。
Aiming at the reason that the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the support timing of underground caverns is directly related to the rationality of the calculation results. Based on the existing ideas of support timing, this paper gives a quantitative analysis of support timing in FLAC3D Control method. By using the FISH language embedded in FLAC3D, the equivalent nodal force of the model after removal of the excavation unit is obtained first, and then the excavation load is divided into a single bearing by the surrounding rock and a bearing by the surrounding rock and support Two parts. The case study shows that the stability characteristics of the surrounding rock of caverns under different support time are obviously different, which shows that the above method can be used to quantitatively control the support timing. And using the existing support timing method, the stability of surrounding rock of a project is calculated and analyzed.
