甸南乡位于剑川县城南部,辖区内有18个行政村,79个自然村,总人口为36560人,全乡有白、汉、彝、回、傈僳5个民族,其中白族人口占96％,是一个以农业为主的白族集居乡。全乡自1994年开始实施初级卫生保健以来,始终把初级卫生保健工作作为历届政府的重点工作来抓。1997年经上级验收,达到了全面完成任务的标准。1999年经上级进行中期评审同样达到全面完成任务标准。 Diannan Township is located in the south of Jianchuan County. There are 18 administrative villages and 79 natural villages in the area, with a total population of 36,560 people. There are five ethnic groups in the township: Bai, Han, Yi, Hui, and Shu, of which the Bai population is 96%. It is an agricultural Bai-based township. Since the beginning of the implementation of primary health care in 1994, the township has always focused on primary health care as a key task of successive governments. In 1997, it was accepted by the superior and reached the standard for completing the task. In 1999, the mid-term evaluation by the superior also reached the goal of fully completing the task.
