我们应用含氯霉素的 PD 液进行酵米面黄杆菌增菌效果观察,并对730份环境及银耳样品进行了酵米面黄杆菌的分离,获得选择性增菌的满意效果,现报告如下:一、材料和方法1.受试菌株:由中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所提供。2.试验用氯霉素含量为0.25g/2ml.乳糖酸红霉素含量为0.25g/支。青霉素 G 纳含量为80万单位/支.3.最高耐药浓度的测定采用液体培养基稀释法。PD、PDA 培养基的制备参照《食品卫生检验
