目的 :检测新研制的一种NPA0 10 2 - 1中草药对女性阴道常见病原体的体外杀灭效果。方法 :采用液体稀释法或琼脂扩散法测定其杀灭病原体的MIC、MBC。结果 :NPA药物对 6种不同病原体共 5 8株的MIC、MBC结果如下 :对白假丝酵母菌的MIC为 0 .75~ 3.15 μg/ml,MBC为 12 .5 μg/ml,对解脲脲原体MIC为 6 .2 5~ 2 5 μg/ml、MBC为 5 0 μg/ml,对淋病双球菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌、阴道毛滴虫的MIC均为 5 0~ 10 0 μg/ml、MBC均为 10 0 μg/ml。结论 :此药对女性生殖道常见病原体有较好的杀灭效果。
Objective: To test the in vitro killing effect of a newly developed NPA0 10 2 - 1 Chinese herbal medicine on female vaginal common pathogens. Methods: The MIC and MBC of pathogen were determined by liquid dilution method or agar diffusion method. RESULTS: The MICs of NPA drugs against a total of 58 strains of 6 different pathogens were as follows: The MIC against Candida albicans was 0.7575 μg / ml to 3.15 μg / ml and the MBC was 12.5 μg / ml, The original MICs were 6.5-2.5 μg / ml for MBC and 50 μg / ml for MBC, and the MICs of M. gonorrhoeae, Lactobacillus, E. coli and Trichomonas vaginalis were 50 ~ 100 μg / ml MBC was 100 μg / ml. Conclusion: This medicine has a good killing effect on the common pathogen of female reproductive tract.
