盆景界有人对一种“树冠丰满、不露树枝”的树木盆景形态,称之为“远树景象”,这是不对的。道理十分明显:一、“远树景象”之说,不符合树木盆景的概念。盆景是表现自然景观及其生命景象的有生命的艺术。大体分为三类:山水盆景表现树木景象“远景”;水旱盆景表现树木景象“中景”;树木盆景则是表现树木景象“近景”,甚至可以说是对大自然景观中的局部景象之一的树木景象的“特写式”表现。由此可知“远树景象”之说,不符合树木盆景概念的规定性,故而不能成立。
