本文针对企业管理中如何做到“让员工像为自己工作一样为企业工作”进行了方法分析,期望找到大大降低企业管理难度、有效化解员工对抗心态的管理方法。
In this paper, a methodological analysis is made on how to make employees behave like a company for their own work in enterprise management. It is hoped to find a management method that greatly reduces the difficulty of enterprise management and effectively counteracts employees’ confrontation.
