赖氏(Reiten)综合征临床较罕见。1916年Reiter氏首先报告1例。此后国外报告较多,国内自刘氏1956年首次报告以来仅有几例。笔者见到1例,报告如下。 患者,男,21岁,1979年10月29日入院。10月15日感颈部疼痛,17日发现小便混浊、量少、次数增加、尿急、尿痛。两天后两眼发红,畏光流泪,分泌物增多。10月25日出现双肩关节疼痛,渐波及左膝、右踝,并于右踝出现肿胀,活动受限, Reiten’s syndrome is rare in clinic. October 25 appeared shoulder joint pain, gradually spread to the left knee and right ankle, and swelling in the right ankle, activity is limited,
