抚顺石油化工研究院近期开发的3936馏分油加氢精制催化剂,以Mo-Ni为加氢组分,用低硅稳定的氧化铝作载体,加氢活性高、稳定性好,主要用于加氢裂化原料油的加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮和芳烃加氢饱和。试验结果表明,在模拟工业加氢裂化装置的精制条件下,以氮含量1425~1900μg/g、干点518~564℃的VGO与CGO等多种混合油为原料,精制油氮含量为4~8μg/g,加氢脱氮率为99.4%~99.81%。该催化剂1995年1月开始在茂名石油化工公司80万t/a加氢裂化装置上应用,加工干点534℃的进口原油混合VGO,在精制油碱性氮含量<2μg/g的情况下,精制反应器的加权平均温度为382.5℃,加氢脱氮效果良好。
