目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠切开取胚保守性手术治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年1月川北医学院附属医院收治的腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠切开取胚保守性手术治疗16例患者的临床资料。结果 16例手术全部成功,无1例中转开腹,无术中术后并发症发生,手术时间28~83 min,平均46 min。术后住院2~4 d,平均3.5 d。结论腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠切开取胚保守性手术是安全可行的。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic surgical treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with conservative surgery of laparoscopic tubal interstitial pregnancy during pregnancy underwent laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed from January 2013 to January 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College. Results All the 16 surgeries were successful. None of them underwent laparotomy. No postoperative complications occurred. The operative time ranged from 28 to 83 minutes with an average of 46 minutes. Postoperative hospital stay 2 ~ 4 days, an average of 3.5 d. Conclusion laparoscopic tubal pregnancy interstitial pregnancy embryo surgery is safe and feasible.
